Change width of vertical scrollbar and updown control

I'm writing an app to do midi control that will run on my touchscreen windows notebook. I'm able to make all the controls large enough to be usable except for the width of the vertical scrollbar in my dropdown list and the updown buttons attached to an input field. In the Koda Form Designer I'm able to change the width of the updown nicely, but when I copy it to my script, the width specification is gone. In Windows 7, there is  Control Panel/Personalization/Window Color/advanced appearance settings/Scrollbars/Size. But is there any way to make these features wider ONLY in my AutoIt app?
