WinActivate issues. Not focusing on the application I want

So I called this

 

WinActivate("Elite Enterprise 3.9")

 

Which should focus on my elite application. Instead it just starts the automation test on the SciTE-Lite IDE window. 

 

It was working fine all yesterday and this morning and now won't switch to my Elite application 

 

Any help is appreciated!

Just tried this with notepad 

 

WinActivate("Untitled - Notepad")

 

And it's still just starting the script on the IDE window :/ 

 

Edit: OK It's working now. 

 

I deleted the EXE and recompiled it and it's now working

Please elaborate.  What EXE did you delete and what did you have to recompile for the script to work properly and focus on the right window?
