DOM element state after XHR updates?

Hello!

I d like to make collection from site, but it updates only part of page with XHR, so i have problems how to check readystate and so on.

Primitive way d be to randomly use html check and compare few results on difference. Maybe there is better way? DOMContentLoaded? addEventListener? Some analog of mutationobserver? Or maybe XHR functions? Basically i need some proper way to check when element is loaded and when its loading.

I'd just loop until the object is presented.  If it's something like table data, then loop for rows to display.
