Disable all keys unless certain combo is pressed?

I want to reassign my Fn+F8 media key (It's the project key in W10) to lock they keyboard and mouse (including trackpad, keep the computer on), but all that I can find is the BlockInput function. The problem with this is that after they keyboard is disabled, AutoIt can't accept any input (the key combo to toggle it back on).
