Runescape bot. Can I run it as a background process?

Hey guys, first time making a post here.  I was wondering if it's possible to run a bot in the background while I do other things on my computer.  My bot uses pixel search and mouseclick almost exclusively.  Do these functions work when running the script as a background process or no?  I heard that control click can be used instead of mouseclick which works in background.. but I would still like some help with this.  Thanks guys!

To add a bit more detail, the bot specifically clicks on and attacks certain monsters.  These monsters move around, which is why I need the pixel search.

Unfortunately you appear to have missed the Forum rules on your way in. (there is also a link in my signature) 
Please read them now particularly the bit about not discussing game automation - and then you will understand why you will get no help and this thread will now be locked.
