Watereffect.au3 not working with big .bmp

Hi Community!

I wanted to write a watereffect script that always toggles on when my desktop is active. everythings working well but i got as problem using it in fullscreen. up to 600x500px area its fine.

here the watereffect.au3 threat: 

anybody got an idea why the script isnt working with big bitmaps? is it the installed dll?

fixed the gui has only to be at least 1px bigger than the picture :S
