I don't believe that this is easily possible with AutoIt.

If this is only for your own use (i.e. you don't want to easily share it with others) then you may wish to check out PowerPro, which will allow you to set up hotkeys, mouse buttons etc. to perform actions (which can also depend on the currently active window or other conditions).
