preview how is possible see link ??

hi guys , in this  site https://volafile.org/r/ppuc6r40  when you upload  jpg or other media file you can see a preview , when you go over the name with pointer  of  mouse , i should  take a foto preview , i dont know  if  is possible , how inspect element  ?
