How to disable all privacy setting in win 10

i need to be disable  all privacy setting and configure more in windows setting app in windows 10, but i have many computer with diff resolution, and control click is not working there , is any way to automation, it will be great if i get any help

a free, tiny,  program "DWS"  was released during the first release of W10. Destroy-Windows-Spy.

We use this PowerShell script along with our main AutoIt imaging script.  Have a look at the script, please read through it, as you may not need all the things that it does.  Some of the things the script does can be converted to AutoIt, but other things are PowerShell commands directly.
