smartkey Posted November 29, 2018 Posted November 29, 2018 Hi All, How to Compare two strings and send the only the differences into Array or Console or file. Str1 = "Ram was born on date 12/10/1996" Str2 = "Sita was born on date 10/10/1998" I want to Compare two strings and provide differences as output either into an array or file or on console as below. Ram, 12/10/1996 Sita, 10/10/1998 By using StringCompare() I will get to know only both strings are equal or not? But request you to let me know how to achieve this? Thanks in advance.

mikell Posted November 29, 2018 Posted November 29, 2018 " Compare two strings " is extremely vague. These 3 strings are different : Str1 = "Ram was born on date 12/10/1996" Str2 = "on date 12/10/1996 Ram was born" Str3 = "on date 12/10/1996, Ram was born" So the requirements must be defined much more precisely
