Move/Resize with Mouse

Here is a minor script for enabling mouse support for Move, and soon (Re)size, within a Window's Context menu. By default Windows only supports keyboard input for this without issues, this applies it to all applications.

• Detect mouse position sooner after selection
• Properly disable functionality for Resizing until no longer selected

• Initial Release
• Move with Mouse Functionality Available
• Detects Size selection, but no functionality currently
