Autoit Automation Script for Checking if Text is displayed in an Outlook Message

Hello!

 

I am trying to create a script that detects and times a insert for a skype meeting in outlook. I have watched youtube tutorials on autoit and I'm not quite sure what direction I should be going in for this. I was thinking it could check when the join skype meeting was clicked, and time when it actually appears in the body of the message.

Can someone provide guidance here please?
