Determine X,Y coordinates of specific text in window

Is there any way to determine the X,Y coordinates (relative to the window) of a specific text phrase within a window using Auto-It?

I appreciate the reply but am I able to use these functions programatically within the Autoit code?

In this case, UIASpy is a solution.
You generate a script that first extracts the position of the window and then the position of the text.
Then subtract the two values from each other.
The script generator of UIASpy is excellently suited for this purpose.
