Username and password in java -Autoit

I have client desktop application which i would need to automate for testing using java.

I have already have the setup in eclipse IDE and have opened the application through the code 

Now this desktop application needs user name and password to be entered for logging in.

How can do it in java?  i would also appreciate if i can get help for passing values to textbox of a desktop application.

Please do let me know if additional information is needed.

Give some information about your desktop application preferably output from au3inf or other spyingtools so we can see what kind of application you want to automate and if java would be a good solution for that. Faq31 will tell you about AutoIt solutions.
