Send commands NOT through web page - (Moved)

I want to send through web page with out pressing a button and get the data.

for example: if i have web page has to enter my ID No. and press button to get data .

Instead of that i want want to send that command directly not through the web page.

 

Is there way to do that?

Sorry, but your question is too general and it's of little help to repeat it over and over again.
According to the current state of information, the answer can only be YES .

If you have sufficient rights and the website allows external access, it should  be possible in most cases.

Shop systems, for example, usually provide an API and/or support webhooks.
Direct access may also be possible if you have IP, port, password and username.
Are we talking about your own website or the website of another company ?
As you can see, it depends on multiple factors.

Please provide more details about what you intend to accomplish.
