Can Guitreeview make a Chm-like effect?

"AutoIt3.3.14.2.chm'' ,The whole file appears to be a relatively large GUITreeview,

but the data is loaded very quickly and does not feel stagnation.

The usual GUITreeview loading of  such data may feel slow.

What if Au3 is used to do this effect? Should the Treeview+Sqlite be adopted?

Who has the relevant examples for reference?
