Help with autoclicker - (Locked)

I am trying to add in a right click , go to a location slightly lower than orginal click location and click again. if someone could help talk me through this id appreciate it alot!! 

 

here is the script im using rn for just a left click, but i can change MouseClick("left", $point[0], $point[1]) to right, not sure how to get it to do the left click after
