How can I select option from menu.

In the image above ,there is action menu where I've to click on start and stop using AUTOIT SciTe script , 

I'm using 

WinMenuSelectItem($hWnd, "", "&Action", "Start"))

in which I'm not able to select Item.

Could someone help me out in selecting start and stop options from Action menu.
