GUI Menu and MNS_MODELESS

Is there a known issues using MNS_MODELESS with _GUICtrlMenu_CreateMenu() and _GUICtrlMenu_CreatePopup() functions?

For me - if MNS_MODELESS is used, menu wont accept clicks on first item on submenu. But if before click i move mouse pointer to second item of submenu and then back to first - everything ok, click accepted
