Function from another programm in TrayIcon

Hey,

is there a way to activate/deactivate function from other programms that are in the task pane in the bottom right corner on windows? From all kinds of programm. For example to quit steam, close discord or whatever is possible.

I dont want to click on them always, I want a script that I can put on a macro key on my keyboard, that toggle one of this functions

Its not for a game. And steam/Discord arent games. Discord is a programm for speaking with other people. Steam isnt a game too, 

Atm I try to automatically press the "deaktivate for 10 mins" in the avast Icon to deactivate it for 10 mins without opening the pane, rightclick on the icon, select "Avast Schutzsteuerung" and then "Deaktiviere für 10 Minuten". I want to execute a script that does that in background for me. Without opening the pane
