Acessoria para sistema de karaoke

Bom dia sou novo e estou a procura de uma ajuda ou assessoria para montar alguns pontos do sistema de karaoke, sou desenvolvedor delphi e estou iniciando no auto it.

minhas duvidas são basicamente na bibioteca bass.

Sorry, and my first time, I'm trying to build a karaoke system, and my difficulties are:

    1 - reproduce formats like kar and others encoded 
    2 - scoring systems
    3 - tone and speed control

I've read that the bass library can do all of this, but I'm without a starting point I am Brazilian and I live in Vitoria-ES

you can do with ffmpeg (i think ) https://ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg-codecs.html , use autoit  for create wrapper  , probably if you search in forum  you can  find  also some udf  for drive ffmpeg
