Set OS language in Windows - (Moved)

I have one requirement from my project.

i need to set en-GB Language for all my new Windows images.
Requirement as below:

As soon as run .exe (AutoIT.exe) file it should show one drop down list with different languages. If i select any language in drop drop list (example en-GB language id ) and if i click ok button then my windows should change to en-GB language. 
 

i browsed in forum and i find we need to change some registry value for this.
 
Anyone please help me out for above requirement in AutoIT

That last post looks like an exact copy of the first.....   What would be the purpose of that?

I just closed your other post and it seems you are in  rush here, so what about you try doing some research yourself by using Google and finding a way how this can be done and test that? When you figured out a commandline tool that can do this you can easily automate it with autoit3.  
I found several hit using powershell for this but you figure it our and do some testing first.
