Cannot Run Simple Script (auto click, button down) - (Locked)

Hi all,

I do apologize in advance - I'm a bit of a noobie here. I'm trying to create a simple script that will auto right click and hold down specified keys by running said script through a GUI when a button is pressed within it, titled "Run". I've created the GUI, read some tutorials, and cannot wrap my head around what I'm doing wrong... My script at the moment is:

Basically - when either or all of the checkboxes are selected, I want them to engage when "Run" is clicked, preferably with a short delay, and by clicking Print Screen the script stops executing.
