Find color of pixel in your fullscreen game.

I got this fullscreen game up running, i want to find out the color of a specifik pixel. In my case i want to have a look at my health-o-meter, if its not the red color indicating plenty of life instead its the "need-health-color" I would then use a life potion. Everthing is easy but i dont know how to retrieve the color of the specific pixel location.

one of the easier solutions is to take a screenshot and then use the window/pixel tool in paint. if that doesn't work, they're other solutions that we'll come up with for ya.
