how setup a license for my script

Hello, i finished my script and i would like add an online verification of hwid combined with myphpadmin from a website host. im bad with mysql and php to make it my own.

i just need make something very simple, compare current hwid with all of the database.

and return a true or false, then script opens or not.

 

if someone have done something similar and can recommend some example etc

would be great.
