I reinstalled and updated my Windows 10 system today.

I downloaded and installed Autoit as usual, but it crashed.

I checked and found out that NSIS v2.51 doesn't support Unicode path.

The installer needs to be upgraded to NSIS V3 like SciTE4AutoIt3

I think you should try to download it to a temporary folder and run from that. Something may be corrupt on your device.

My resources are limited. You must ask the right questions

What the OP means is that the installer doesn't run when stored in a path containing UNICODE characters, so there is an easy workaround but it is something we should do for the next version.
