(24-2-2017). ..but if you say that you checked the Tag for a source file, then only Edit the file with SciTE (so only save and nothing else!) and then Tag disappears, it means that the SciTE editor program itself causes it and there is no need to check for the possible other utilities causing this. Did you try the same with any other editor like a simple Notepad? Tried Notepad++ - TAG DROPPED, just like SCITE - Notepad++ Version 6.9.1.0 Tried Windows NOTEPAD.exe - TAG MAINTAINED - NOTEPAD Version 10.0.18362.1316 Neither as good as SCITE for editing AUTOIT scripts.
