Can anyone offer help with my regexreplace solution to someone else's encoding problem?

I don't own the source data and don't care about how it was encoded

I was pretty sure this was going to work ... it doesn't

Send script to Jos in a message

Sent a few messages back and forth

Jos helped me figure out I needed to look at the options I use when getting the data from the internet.

Selected the correct encoding option for BinaryToString

$SB_UTF8 (4) = binary data is UTF8

Fixed the problem without RegExReplace
