SciTE error - (Moved)

My SciTE editor screen goes to full size unable to make it smaller

tried

- No small boxes at top right

- set in SEiTE User Propertys

position.maximize=0
position.left=100
position.top=100
position.width=1000
position.height=600

- size under toolbar

Got that fixed but now tools don't work.

Ok, so what are you doing (wrong) ?  Sorry for this stupid question but you provided zero information.  

EDIT: You do have an *.au3 file opened when looking for the tools ...right?
