autoit simple script for D2:R? detectable? like swap gear script? - (Locked)

looking for a swap gear script / background script to click and lay traps for me while dualboxing.

 

would this be detectable and how hard would it be to code this?

 

I have an AHK script for the traps but it doesn't click the coordinates, I could show the script if someone could help convert it to working for autoit? if it's safe to use on d2r
