Please check if a running AutoIt process is displayed in your Windows Process Manager. In the worst case (but I don't want to scare you), an .exe file created with AutoIt has crept into your system (e.g. in the Autostart area).

Another possibility would be, for example, that a software uses AutoIt scripts as internal helper tools. So it does not necessarily have to be something malicious.
