How to open or decompile an existing executable file generated by autoit software?

I am inherited an executable generated by AutoIt by an co-worker who had left the company many months ago. He did not leave other files and I could not find anything except the executable. Right now the executable is not working and errored out when it is running and I would like to trouble shoot the issue but I don't have any script files so Is there a way for me decompile an execute file?  Someone mentioned  the Exe2Aut utility but when I downloaded the version3 I don't not see that utility. I don't know which version of the autoit version was used to generated the executable file neither.

Thank you in advance for your help.

dvn,

Welcome to the AutoIt forum.

Unfortunately you appear to have missed the Forum rules on your way in. Please read them now - particularly the bit about not discussing decompilation - and then you will understand why you will get no help and this thread will now be locked.

See you soon with a legitimate question I hope.
