how to surah name in Drop down

This looks to be Web-based. You might want to look into IUIAutomation MS framework automate chrome, FF, IE, .... - AutoIt Example Scripts - AutoIt Forums (autoitscript.com)

 

Alternatively, you may just be able to Send("Col") if the field is selected by default.
