Aut2Exe not compiling

I've been trying to compile my script into a .exe But it keeps giving me the error of being unable to add tmp files:

 

 

I've tried excluding folders in my antivirus, running scite as administrator, and adding

#AutoIt3Wrapper_Run_Before=attrib "%LocalAppData%\AutoIt v3\Aut2exe\*" -R /S /D

But it keeps giving me this error, and i'm a little lost.

I've just reinstalled windows while keeping my files and a backup that i restored and reinstalled my graphics card drivers because of a few issues with my computer, but they're fixed now.

i don't know if that info would help with a solution here.

Which OS? AV? Have you tried disabling any real time protection?

Windows 10, latest update. Windows built in AV. I've tried disabling real time protection also but it didn't work

Does this happen with all scripts or only the current one? Any #pragma directives that could be the source of the issue?

Turns out the problem was the file i tried using as an icon wasn't an actual icon file. Thanks for the help!
