Can Instance ID in control info change on every run?

I have created a script to install a software but after a few runs I found that instance(Basic Control Info) is changed. Does this is happens? If Yes, what is the reliable alternative

if with instance(Basic Control Info) you meens the  handle

every time it starts it gets a new one

@ioa747 the instance id marked below. If this is dynamic and changes every time it starts then mouseClick could be the alternate to it right?
