We have what we ( as a community ) have written/coded. For us to have such library, someone experienced with it would have to code it.
I personally did not know such tool existed until this post. If you feel strong enough about the shortcoming, that within that furry and loaded with determination, feel like writing/coding a library, good. We need such people.  🎉
