How to pin an app to taskbar and start a script when launched?

I have a script that monitors changes to files made by a specific program (app) and exists with the app, it doesn't have GUI or tray icon.

I'm trying figure out how to pin that app to taskbar and automatically launch my script together with the app.

I've tried launch the app from the script and pin the script to taskbar, it worked, however when the app is running taskbar shows both script's pinned icon and app. I'd like to have only app item in the taskbar.

Any suggestions?

not to close Skip just to sleep in the Background and wait to run the application , and then he wakes up

or can this be taken over by another application like   X-Mouse Button Control
