Notification of installation completed

Good morning, I am new and little by little learning more about Autoit.
I am currently developing unattended programs and I wanted to know if it is possible at the end of the installation, the run icon to display an "installation completed" message or modify it with another text.
Oh that this issues a windows notification indicating this.
What function could be used for this? Thanks in advance
