Help to bypass UAC Please

Hi everybody I'm trying to write a script that uses #RequireAdmin but i want to run it at the startup without asking for user intervention as UAC does.

My question is: is there a way to achieve this in AutoIT? if so please provide me with instructions. thank you!!!

Why it's so simple I want to run a script with Admin Priviligies and not be botter of the UAC
