Running an EXE, but need correct syntax to accommodate the EXE utilizing its .ini info - (Moved)

I was trying to utilize the basic RUN call using the entire path to the following file PacketSniffer.exe.

It appears I need to accommodate the .exe being able to utilize its .inin info.

Can someone align me on the right Keyword and/or syntax to be utilizing?

.inin info should be .ini info

so, the command would be Run()

Here is a snapshot of my code thus far.

I was trying to do the same for the 2nd TI app:

Edit: oh, I see. do encapsulation, like '"my program'" with a ' and a " .... " '  🤔
