Automatic door lock issue? Home automation issues?

can I get some help with an automatic door lock issue?

I am doing a senior project on home automation and I want to be able to unlock a door from a web panel and have it kick open. I found a great article here Link

However, it is in delphi and I am curious if anyone has a better way to do this in auto-it.

Also...if you have any other home automation ideas with Auto-it...preferably ones that are already out there, please let me know.
