LovinItAll
Let me see if I can coherently describe the problem and what I wish to do: In an IE wondow, there are Check Boxes that need, well, checking! My current script moves the mouse to the checkboxes and clicks, and in some cases I send("{TAB}") until I arrive at the desired checkboxes and send('{SPACE}"). While this works, it becomes problematic when users change screen resolution, and for whatever reason, the send("{TAB}") method does not always yield predictable results (i.e. the scroll bar will move, or other abberations occur). Is there a way to identify: - If there are check boxes on the page? - If so, how many, and how are they distinguished from one another? I waved my magic wand AND sprinkled pixie dust over my PC, but neither worked! Thanks.....
Moderators SmOke_N Posted February 16, 2006 Moderators Share Posted February 16, 2006 Look in Scripts and Scraps for Dale Holmes IE.au3. Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.
