need help: manipulating windows that at @SW_HIDE

this is what i wanna b able to do

run("notepad.exe",'',@SW_HIDE)

----open a file with notepad still hidden

---- manipulate that file with notepad still hidden

---- winkill notepad, still hidden

user(me) is none-the-wiser that notepad was ever opened

if it is possible, can sum1 point me in the right direction pls?
