Why would anyone take over that account? Even if it is a new person, that account has a really bad reputation for being complete and utter junk. If I were them, I'd make myself a new account to truly start over and gain themselves a new reputation. If it's just the old Mulawin that's a bit more mature (or becoming a good actor)... we'll just have to see how this works.
