sstouk
I am currently building a small system that would use Windows shortcuts with parameters to start AutoIt compiled executable. Is there a way from within the AutoIt to automatically get the path and the name of a shortcut, that started the compiled AutoIt script? Any ideas how I could do it? Thank You. seandisanti
You could try looking at the @ScriptFullPath macro in the help file.actually i think that he's talking about how to send the name of the shortcut calling the executable. using shortcuts i'm not sure how you would do it, but you can make your own shortcuts with autoit that just use Run() to call the executable, passing @ScriptFullPath as a command line parameter...
