Autoclick?

Hi there, I was wondering how I could make my left button to click automatically once my crosshair (aim) turns red? There is a game called Gunz and the crosshair turns red whenever you aim at someone, but I want it to left click as soon as the cross hair turns from gray to red...Someone has made one before but now due to the patc, the old ones don't work and no one is willing to make one...So any help will be highly appriciated

Already some views but not answer, think no one is willing to make you an aimbot to cheat your way to victory.

But why not helping. What did you already try? First show your code and maybe maybe someone is willing to help you. Don't ask me for it because first i just started with programming and i hate people who won't do any effort and ask without trying.
