Connection Speed Or Network Interface Utilization On Windowsxp

guys,

just a quick one before i do it the hard way by trying to get this info from taskmgr.exe

I'm trying to get basically the XXkB/s of a network interface on windowsxp . sort of the info you get with taskmgr.exe in the NETWORKING section where we can calculate the connections speed from utilization.

If theres no easier better way i'll do it by getting ti from askmgr.exe..

any helps good
