ravenfyre Posted May 11, 2004 Posted May 11, 2004 Yeah what the subject asks =). I tried one scriptwriter and it registered the key press but it doesn't indicate how long it has been held down for. Any other scriptwriter out there which can do that?
scriptkitty Posted May 11, 2004 Posted May 11, 2004 (edited) It could be worked out, but normally scriptwriters are just a partial tool to get all the grunt work done. AutoIt is 1000 times faster than we are, and I like it when AutoIt works as fast as it can (no useless pauses.) Since normally it would be adding a lot of slowdown, I would almost never use one you suggest, but instead use one to get the basic script down, and adjust the key delays manually. ...as a side note, if you only want to record keystroke times, It would be easy to write one for that if you use only use a few hotkeys.
