It is a network of 5000 equipment, and I require to change password of administrator all.

you mean you need to run a script on 5000 pc's on which you want to change the password of a Local Administrator account ?

and you also need to run the script under that same administrator account to be allowed to update it?

Something like this could work, but needs testing:

Opt("TrayIconHide", 1)
Opt("RunErrorsFatal", 0)
$USERNAME = "Administrator"
$PASSWORD = "OldPassword"
$NewPASSWORD = "NewPassword"
RunAsSet($USERNAME, @ComputerName, $PASSWORD)
$RC = RunWait(@ComSpec & " /c net user " & $USERNAME & " " & $NewPASSWORD, "", @SW_HIDE)

The account to change is not the one of administrator, is one with administrator privileges.
