Confusion Help

the help file does not specificaly help me with what i want. i kind of don't under stand this.

_GUICtrlListGetSelItemsText

using the example in the help file confuses me. if you need to know i need this to beabel to have a dir inside a $var to be activated and given to an ini file by a button

its get the selecteditem in the list, the text of it and ummm yeah it is an array so if theres more then 1 thign selected it will get it thats what the for next commands are in the help file
